 At Parallel Threads, every piece is thoughtfully made and carefully delivered. Here’s how your order flows: 

🧵 Processing & Printing 

Once your order is placed, it is held for 24 hours for internal processing. During this time, we verify your order and prepare it for production. 

After the hold period, we: 

  • Check product quality
  • Initiate printing
  • Pack your product with care

 

🚚 Shipping & Delivery 

Once packed, your order is handed over to our delivery partner. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your package is on the move.

 

  • Estimated delivery time: 9–15 days
  • Every step is quality-checked before it reaches you.

 

We’re proudly small-batch and detail-driven — thanks for being patient with the process.

Also please note 

  1. We are not liable to offer any compensation for misbehavior, damages, lost orders, negative experiences, delays or unsuccessful deliveries from the courier partner's end.
  2. All Proof Of Delivery (POD) Dispute cases need to be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. We will not make any refunds or re-ship a product if any order is undelivered due to miscellaneous reasons and processed for RTO.
  4. The service of Reverse Pickup is not in our control. Thus, no escalation is accepted for an empty, damaged, partial or wrong product issue in Reverse Pickups. 
  5. Orders not attempted for delivery due to natural calamities are ineligible for a freight refund.
  6. There will be no cancellation once the customer place the order.
  7. The delivery timelines will depend on the location and mode of transport (Air and Surface) chosen for the order. Please note that the delivery timelines may differ depending on the courier company as well.

Parallel Threads began as a quiet rebellion—against loud trends, rushed drops, and clothes that didn’t feel like us. It started with scattered moodboards, late-night hoodie mockups, and coffee-ringed notebooks filled with ideas that wouldn’t sit still. We wanted to create something that felt personal, not mass-produced—something soft, raw, and made with intention.

This isn’t just a brand. It’s a feeling stitched into every thread.

We work on our floor, our desk, or wherever an idea hits. Our hoodies are crafted with thought, not mass output. We photograph mid-process, share behind-the-scenes, and welcome the imperfect.

Return and Replacement Policy

You can follow the guidelines below to raise a Refund/ Replacement request with Printrove:

  1. The defect needs to be communicated within 3 days upon the date of delivery.
  2. Share images/ videos of the product in full view with the defect clearly visible.
  3. Share image of the UID label (Barcode Sticker) attached to the product.
  4. Share images of the packaging with the shipping label visible.
